Menus rooted in genuine culinary research, not trend-chasing. We study the origins of a dish before we reinterpret it.
Cravings Kitchen is a Bangalore-born food company creating focused, category-defining restaurant brands — starting with The Congee Concept, India's first dedicated congee brand.

Cravings Kitchen Private Limited is a Bangalore-based food company built on a simple belief: comfort food deserves the same rigor, craft, and ambition usually reserved for fine dining.
We don’t run a single restaurant. We build brands — each one designed around a single dish or cuisine idea, executed with obsessive consistency, and built to scale across cities and, eventually, countries.
Our first brand, The Congee Concept, took one of Asia’s oldest comfort foods — congee — and reimagined it for the modern Indian palate, blending it with South Indian flavors to create something genuinely new. It now operates out of 2 outlets in Bangalore, with more in active development.
It’s the first of several brands we’re building under the Cravings Kitchen umbrella.
Meet our first brand ↓We believe the best restaurant brands don't try to do everything — they master one thing deeply, then build a system around it that can travel.
Every brand under Cravings Kitchen is built on three pillars:
Menus rooted in genuine culinary research, not trend-chasing. We study the origins of a dish before we reinterpret it.
Every recipe, process, and workflow is documented and standardized from day one, so quality does not depend on any one person in any one kitchen.
We build brands with expansion in mind from outlet one — designed to work whether it is 2 locations or 200, company-owned or franchised.
India's first dedicated congee brand, serving South Indian-inspired congee bowls and comfort food out of Bangalore. Currently operating 2 outlets, with plans to expand its menu to congee traditions from across India and Asia — building toward becoming a global comfort-food destination.

Cravings Kitchen is currently incubating its next brand concepts — new categories of comfort food, built with the same philosophy of depth over breadth. Details will be announced as these move toward launch.
Cravings Kitchen is structured as a multi-brand F&B company, not a single restaurant chasing growth. That means every brand we build comes with:
We're actively exploring expansion opportunities for The Congee Concept, including select franchise and partnership models, and welcome conversations with aligned investors and operators.
Enquire About Partnership / Investment ↗For kitchen operations, training, and quality control from the first outlet.
For procurement, costing, and vendor management that support multi-outlet and multi-city operations.
With deep involvement in every function — product, ops, marketing, and finance — ensuring brand integrity as we grow.
Rather than one brand stretched thin, a portfolio of focused concepts, each targeting a distinct comfort-food category.
We're a small, founder-led team building something from the ground up — which means the people who join us now don't just take a job, they help shape how a brand is built.
If you want ownership over your work, exposure to every part of building a food brand — from the kitchen to the brand to the business — and a seat at the table while we're still small, we'd love to hear from you.
